Alarms - conductivity
Conductivity alarms can occur in the following:
An empty concentrate jug
Change in electrolyte concentrations of dialysate
Abnormal water inlet pressure
Water leaks or puddles beneath the mixing chamber
Concentration line connector unplugged
The conductivity settings should never be adjusted while the patient is on the dialysis machine
