If you're in a stable relationship, and both have only one partner, or if you've married of living together, maybe you're thinking of not using condoms. Before you make that decision, both you and your partner should be tested for HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases. The same goes if you're trying to get pregnant. If the results of the tests are negative, you can stop using condoms for as long as you both stay faithful to each other.
